Hello my friends .... today is Sunday and a beautiful sunday..litle beat cold for us ......and are already 10 days I did not put anything on my blog ....... but I have worked hard.
This weekend my team and I made a dinner on Friday to 150 people with a simply delicious menu, Migne pork tenderloin with mango salsa accompanied by white rice and raisins with a very crumbly bacon and for dessert I made a cheescake with raspberry whipped cream ........ ....... we received many compliments and went to sleep at 3 am.!!That´s it !!

On Saturday I cooked for 250 people, was a wedding party in my buffer and was just perfect from beginning to end!
And I worked from 8 am until 5 Sunday morning .......
Last week I had two small parties also ..... so this was my week a lot of work ...... but I thank God for the gift of cooking that he gave me !!!!!!!!!! !
I cook with love ... I sing I laugh .... I enjoy every moment and my greatest joy is to see people happy and mostly eat and enjoy!!
Well now I will speak of my page that I did using the pallete # 64 from the colorroom and I use the sketch done by June of YUMMYS by Re Moni .... a very graceful person!!

Olá minhas amigas....hoje é domingo e já fazem 10 dias que eu não posto nada no meu blog.......mas é que tenho trabalhado muito.
Este fim de semana eu e minha equipe fizemos um jantar na sexta-feira pra 150 pessoas com um menu simplesmente delicioso, filé migno de porco com molho de manga acompanhado de um arroz branco e passas uma farofa com muito bacon e de sobremesa eu fiz um cheescake de framboesa com chantily........nossa recebi muitos elogios.......e fui dormir as 3 da manhã.
No sábado eu cozinhei para 250 pessoas , era uma festa de casamento em meu buffe e simplesmente foi perfeito do começo ao fim!!!
E eu trabalhei das 8 da manha até as 5 da manha de domingo.......
semana passada eu tive 2 festas pequenas também.....por isso essa minha semana foi muito trabalhosa......mas eu agradeço a Deus pelo dom de cozinhar que ele me deu!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eu cozinho com amor...eu canto eu dou risada....eu aproveito cada momento e a minha maior alegria é ver as pessoas felizes e principalmente comerem e gostarem!!!!
Bom agora vou falar desta minha página que eu fiz usando as cores do colorroom e o sketch de junho da YUMMYS feito pela Re Moni....uma pessoas muito graciosa !!!!
